About

Fatlion Hifi are a collective of musicians and producers formed in the shadow of Alexandra Palace, North London and recording roots rock reggae for a new generation. The project was born out of Flatline, a group of dubstep producers wanting to make tunes with 'more roots, less loops'. Our dj sets combine a mixture of classic and contemporary reggae music punctuated by original productions. We are lucky enough to have played alongside some of the defining artists of the genre we love including Lee Scratch Perry, U-Roy, Yellow man, Mad Professor and Channel One Soundsystem to name a few.
